Buffalo’s Most Creative & Interactive Summer Camp!

Are you looking for something a little different for your kids to do this summer? We are offering two fun weeklong camps. Your happy campers will be totally engaged for the full 5 hours (10-3).

We will start out the day learning kitchen safety, how to read recipes, measuring ingredients and cooking together with our multi award-winning chef and educator, Debbie Clark Garten. After cooking we will all sit together and share the fresh & healthy lunch we have just prepared.

After lunch we will switch over to art classes with our friend and admired art teacher Thom Knab. Thom has taught visual arts with children for 36 years. He was honored as the 2025 National Art Education Association (NAEA) National Art Educator of the Year. Mr. Knab is a 2020 inductee of the National Teacher Hall of Fame. He was honored as the NYS Art Teacher of the Year in 2018. He is an exhibiting artist and a published author in the field of art education.

July 14-18^th
9-11 Age Group

COOKING: Help your child discover their inner chef! Designed for ages 9–11, this hands-on series will help your future foodie become more creative and confident in the kitchen. As they steam pot stickers, bake schnitzel, knead homemade pasta dough and more. They’ll also learn basic baking techniques, food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety.

ART: Campers will explore various 2-D and 3-D art forms including painting, weaving, sculpture, collage, and more. Notable artists will be introduced as a resource and motivation for their artwork. Campers will be allowed to work at their own pace, explore personal interests and most importantly have fun.

August 11-15^th
12-14 Age Group

COOKING: Treat your budding foodie to five days full of hands-on cooking fun! In our all-new Summer Series designed for ages 12 and older, your teens will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. Guided by our chef, they’ll explore challenging menus and global cuisines while learning advanced cooking and baking techniques, essential food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. On the last day, we’ll put their skills to the test with an exciting culinary adventure! Using only the ingredients given to them, they will have to create a delicious meal from scratch.

ART: Campers will explore various 2-D and 3-D art forms including drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, window design, and more. Notable artists will be introduced as a resource for motivation. Campers will be allowed to work at their own pace, explore various media and themes, and most importantly enjoy the creative process.

Price: $500 per student.  Includes all food ingredients, a full sit-down lunch, and all art supplies.
