
Class Description: This series combines creativity with basic culinary skills as teens explore bold flavors and cooking techniques from around the world. Each day highlights a different region—diving into braising, marinating, pan frying, sauce building, dough shaping and balanced seasoning. With guidance from our chef instructor, teens will build confidence in knife skills, flavor development and global cooking methods in a fun and relaxed setting.

What To Expect:
In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4-5), sharing work stations in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 5 hours.
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students.
